  • In the Stock Masterfile, the Sell by Volume option from the Options Description list has been changed to Sell By Dollar.
  • The Outstanding Report has been added as a document type to the Email Setup window, allowing users to setup a default email message to be sent with the Outstanding Report document attached.
  • The error producing no records to process when printing barcodes via the Shelf Labels (Advanced) option has been amended.
  • The Credit Warning has been amended to now display when users finalise a Customer Order.
  • When changing the delivery address for a sale, users can automatically update the prospect's address from the Customer Masterfile through the system message to update the Customer Masterfile with the address change.
  • Users can now enter the cost for a job kit. Additionally, when importing a job kit onto a job, the cost price no longer defaults to be the same as the sell price.
  • The cloning function for a manufacturing kit to a job kit has been amended, enabling users to clone an existing manufacturing kit to a job kit.
  • The Salesperson Sales report has an added option to Ignore Parts, allowing users to generate a sales report without parts displayed against the sales.
  • In the Supplier Masterfile, the Don't Print Purchase Description option has been updated to remove the miscellaneous characters.
  • Against a stock/asset image, pressing the Clear button then pressing the Ok button will delete the image entirely from the record.
  • In the Stock/Asset image screen, the Ok button has been renamed to Save.
  • In the Stock/Asset image screen, the Enlarge button has been removed. Instead, the window can be manually resized from the window borders.
  • Tagging and adding time to a job using the Times button will now correctly use the bill to labour rate.
  • When competing a Trade In, when the Purchase Only option is selected, it will update the status of the sales order to Completed.
  • The WIP report from the Manufacturing window has been amended to no longer disable the Clear button, preventing users from using Task Manager to close the program and re-open it.
  • Converting an Estimate to a Job will not add the J-Default Kit again if it has already been added before converting.
  • The black background covering the Customer Payments window has been removed.
  • The Scheduler program has been fixed to no longer force an error if another user attempts to open a task already held on another workstation.

  • In the AMWTools program, user can now email or print the finalised invoices from the Batch Finalise Open Jobs process.
  • Issue where the To Jobs report was not generating or printing has been resolved so users can generate the report from the Allocation tab in the Stock Masterfile.
  • From the Sales module, the Trade In function cannot be reversed after the sale has been marked as Sold.
  • Notes are now visible and accessible for Supplier Credits from the Stock Enquiry window.
  • The Delete button has been hidden from the Courier List in the Customer Order screen. The Delete button is now only accessible from the Courier Masterfile.
  • Stock Masterfile button and Sell Prices button from the Select Stock window were updated to have security levels applied to them to prevent unauthorised user access.
  • Entering an expense line to a Purchase Order has been amended to no longer cover the Item code column with a black background.
  • When deleting an invoice, the document number and date have been amended to be recorded in the logfile.

  • When there is no ABN against a customer, users can use the new Apply Withholding Tax option to withhold tax from being applied to a customer with no ABN. Additionally, the existing No Withholding Tax checkbox has been changed to No GST, so that no GST will be applied if this option is ticked.
  • Users can now print Notes from a Job. The printed notes document follows a similar format to the Proforma Invoice, where the customer header is attached and all notes relating to the job are displayed, as well as the job number.
  • A printed Purchase Order now has an Asterix attached to the front of the item code to identify if the item needs a serial number applied.
  • The pre-existing error when printing both Single and All Open Items Statements from the Open Item Statements printing window has been resolved.
  • The Stock Enquiry window has been updated to display the correct Supplier Name for any purchases.
  • The Workshop Diary window can now be resized. The list of jobs and all records within this expand with the window.

  • In the TimeSheet module, when adjusting or correcting employee times, users can now enter the charged hours or actual hours for their employees from the Monitor Times screen.
  • Users can Update All Stock Descriptions on job and manufacturing kits via the new Update Stk Descriptions button.
  • Bug fixes to the Export to ASCII File option have been made, where AMWIN is no longer unresponsive and successfully completes exporting the report.
  • In AMWTools, the Batch Finalise Open Jobs function now has an additional option for users to finalise any open jobs based on Job Status.
  • When Option #279 is turned on, any marketing emails can be automatically sent via Outlook.
  • Sales module invoices are fixed to now correctly display under the relevant Salesperson when generating a Salesperson Sales report.
  • The Asset Valuation report has a new option to Sort by Ledger, which will default the report to be sorted by Ledgers.
  • When completing a Purchase or Credit order, users can now date back to more than 2 months without the system producing an error.
  • The Reference field is no longer automatically populated when completing a customer payment using a Voucher. This prompts the user to enter in the Reference number.
  • Adding pictures to attachments in the Sales module has been amended to save correctly.

  • The WIP report now has the option to not print the dollar value against each job within the report.
  • In Job Invoice format #27, the Description Text column heading has been changed to Description.
  • The Asset Valuation report is now sorted by the Ledger and then sorted by the Asset number. This is also applied to the CSV option.
  • Users can now assign a default Checklist based on Service Type from the new Update Checklist to Service Types menu option. This applies the nominated default checklist to a job when the service type is selected.
  • From the new Update Checklists to Service Type menu option, users can also allocate a default checklist that will always be applied if there is no service type selected to a job.
  • SMTP updated to use the correct email header and body of text when users are emailing a Remittance document.
  • Tick Sync to CRM has been changed to Sync to CRM from the Customer Masterfile and Marketing Data tool window.
  • In the Sales module, users can reprint the recipient created tax invoice.
  • New default email body options have been created for Marketing and Customer Credit.
  • In the Statement Manager, when a customer is set to print, the Statements are no longer emailed and successfully print.
  • The Overdue Letter option has been removed from the Customer Aged Analysis screen.

  • Customer Credit Notes now have a new default email body for credits, accessible from the Email Setup menu option.
  • The ability to double click to tag a record in the Supplier Credit window has been removed, forcing users to use the Select and De Select buttons to automate the Tag and Untag process.
  • Job Invoice Format 1 has been modified to have the subtotal line on the printed invoice to always show the sub total amount instead of the description.
  • From the Sales module, when importing a Catalog, the option to set an Asset Group and also pick up the corresponding Ledgers for that selected Asset Group has been created. Users can set this up and view the corresponding Ledgers under the new menu option, Update Asset Ledgers Location.
  • The Picking Slip now displays both the Qty of Kits and the Parts within the Kits. The Picking Slip displays the qty of stock items that were selected for the order and the qty of each part in the kit that is required for the order.
  • In the Sales module, in the Asset Valuation report, the Depreciation column has been adjusted to display the correct depreciation value.
  • From the Stock Masterfile, the Clone Stock button has been correctly realigned.
  • Cloning a customer record in the Customer Masterfile has been updated to not produce an error when cloning a customer record.

  • In the Make Model screen, from the Customer Orders window, both Select and Exit buttons have been realigned to fit clearly.
  • The Shelf Labels option from the reports centre allows users to tag and print barcodes for items from a preferred supplier that has stock on hand and has had price change since a certain date. Any dates left blank will still print labels regardless of when the price was changed. Additionally, users can print one label per item as a shelf label or print labels based on the On Hand quantity available.
  • When printing a Purchase Order Received Report, an option for the report to display the notes has been created. This includes the notes from that Purchase Order onto the Received Report.
  • From the Goods In module, when printing a Goods In order users can change the name of the exported file when the Export to CSV option is ticked. This enables the exported file to have a custom name.
  • In the Time Manager module, when adding labour to an internal job, the GST price has been corrected to be charged as GST Ex.

  • The Aged Analysis report for Customer and Suppliers has a new option to calculate and display the total GST included into the balance of the report.
  • When deleting a sales order from the Sales module, the status is no longer automatically changed from Disposed to Active. It is only changed if the status is initially set to Reserved.
  • If an employee has a terminated status, their pay is still processed when syncing. The payments are also still processed into AMWIN regardless of if the employee was created and terminated before it was entered into AMWIN.
  • The Finance report from the Sales module now has the estimated costs included to show any estimated costs.

  • When allocating parts to an internal job, the part is no longer automatically added as GST inclusive.

  • The Sales module Asset's status is no longer being changed from Sold to Active when saving an additional existing quote
  • The Pick lines are now correctly displayed on the Delivery Docket.
  • A new menu option has been created under the Help menu tab, titled Backup. This is to enable to same process as the AMWIN End of Month process.
  • Invoice Format #24 has been realigned to display the entire length of a stock code when the Print Stock Codes option is ticked. The Stock Codes have been fixed to be in line with the Rego No column. All other invoice lines and texts are correctly inline under the Rego column heading.
  • In the Sales by Status report, from the Salesperson section in Report Centre, the columns have been amended to no longer cut off larger values.
  • Job Card Format #4 now shows the Customer Name instead of the Bill To information. Additionally, the duplicated Rego No field has been replaced by the Make of the vehicle.
  • The Employee Productivity report has had several amendments as the old version of the report has been removed. The % column shows the % on the correct side of the digits, all Actual hours are no longer shown as 1 decimal on the printed report, the printed report shows the Actual hours in the Charged column and all totals for the Actual hours and Charged hours are rounded to 1 decimal.
  • In the Sales module, if a user quotes the same item number to two customers and sells one, canceling the first quote changes its status to Active. If the sales order status is set to Quote or Sales Order, and the item status is Sold, the status has been amended to remain unchanged.
  • When emailing a Sales Contract using Format #9, the document no longer prints instead of saving as a PDF. This also ensures the email has the correct Sales Contract document attached.

  • Customer Orders auto filters have been changed to only be based on dates for Estimates.
  • From the Stock Masterfile, the Cost Date and Sell Date fields are now able to be manually entered.
  • Format #9 for the Proforma reports has been amended to no longer print the document instead of saving as a PDF when emailing. This ensures that the email has the Proforma report for the Customer Order as a PDF attachment.
  • Option 279 has been renamed to Auto email mass emails (statements, marketing, etc).
  • Auto scroll has been added to the POS module to assist in displaying more information when adding numerous parts.
  • In the Purchase Order In Progress Report, a Created By field has been made to allow users to search and filter the report to only display Purchase Orders by their creation date.
  • The label format Single 1D (75x28)M is now able to be selected and used for printing Purchase Orders and Goods In labels.

  • When printing Purchase Order labels with job details, users if the part number is allocated to a job. When the part number is allocated to a job, the job number, due date, booked date, created date, desc, customer code, client name, serial number and make and model fields on the custom label are updated to these.

  • The Sell Date field from the Stock Masterfile has been amended to be updated if the user changes the Sell Price from the Stock Masterfile window.
  • When the Print Allocated Job Order Number on Purchase Order option is ticked from the Company Details Supplier/Ledger tab, the correlating Print Allocation Details option is ticked by default on the Purchase Orders print screen. This is to display the relevant allocation details of all parts on the Purchase Order.
  • In the Sales module Invoice format #1, any credit card surcharge is no longer deducts from the invoice total twice, keeping the total amount correct. This does not affect if there was a settlement discount applied.
  • The Workshop diary has been fixed to no longer display unknown characters against a job.
  • In the Serial Number entry window, purchasing a large qty no longer affects the scroll bar from working.
  • From POS, when making a payment towards a job, the payment no only shows the correct customer code and show the incorrect customer name. Instead, this has been amended so the correct correlating customer name is used when making a payment.
  • From the Purchase Orders printing screen, the Order Description field name has been removed from underneath the Header field, and no longer requires users to turn off the Do Not Print Order Description check box to display the Order Description field.
  • In the Job Item Masterfile, users are now able to edit the Last Meter Reading
  • A warning message has been created to notify users that a customer's account is currently on Credit Hold when users try to create a new customer order against a customer that is already on Credit Hold.

  • The Send To button from the Employee Productivity window has been amended to allow users to send out the Employee Productivity report.
  • The Employee Productivity report screen has been amended to display similarly to the on-screen report.
  • The Font size from the Select Employee window in the Time Manager module has been resized to be larger, from size 8 to 10.
  • When printing a job invoice, unticking the Print Line Amounts on Invoice option from the printing options screen will no longer display the RRP for any labour lines on the invoice.

  • The Document Numbers feature has been moved from the Business Options window and is now accessible within its own window from the Control Systems menu option, under a separate option titled Update System Documents Number. This prevents users from accidentally changing or resetting document numbers from its previous location in the Business Options window. Additionally, the “Reset Last No” option has been removed and excludes any of the document numbers from being updated.
  • When inserting or changing a record in the Item Register window, there is a new prompt to remind users to fill in the Acquired method and Purchase Price of recently entered items.
  • In the Daily Pick Slip printing window, a tick box option to filter dates by due date has been added so users can filter their Pick Slip in chronological order by due dates.
  • Reoccurring Invoices for suppliers has been created for invoices that contain the same amount and same items from the same supplier each month. Previous invoices can be imported into the Purchase Credits screen, allowing users to reprocess this as a new docket.
  • In the Accessories tab within the Sales Order screen, the Ctrl Up and Down arrows have been amended to work, allowing them to control up and down lines.
  • The Customer Ph2 field from the Scheduler has been amended to only use the number entered into the Ph2 field of the Customer Masterfile.
  • In the Work in Progress Report options window, the Order Status field has been renamed to Job Status.
  • The GST total from the Sales module has been fixed to include any Accessories GST within the GST total.
  • The General Ledger Invoice Register Report (from the Reports window) has been amended to no longer flicker while opening or direct to a new location.
  • Within the Customer Details tab, selecting labels from the job screen no longer ignores the label quantity. The previous window that asks for the quantity to be entered has been removed and the options from this window have been added to the Print window. Additionally, the cursor has been defaulted to the quantity field of the Print window, to enable the user to enter a quantity without using the Tab key or the mouse.
  • In the Stock Orphan report options window, a new tick box option has been created, titled Exclude Allocated Items. This allows users to generate a Stock Orphan report that does not include any items already allocated to a sale.
  • When adding a part to a Job Kit from the Kit Library, the Parts button no longer directs users straight to the Qty field, and instead remains in the Parts search field.
  • In the Allocation tab under the Stock Masterfile, all Reserved items are now visible and are shown without requiring users to click on Allocation tab to reload. This ensures the reserved items are accounted for in the available qty and displays this to users.

  • The pre-existing pop up has been removed from when a user closes AM-Win on the user login screen.
  • In the Picking Slip print settings window, a "Do Not Show Alternate Code" tick box has been created to hide alternate codes from being displayed on the Picking Slip.
  • When emailing a Sales invoice from the Customer History or Enquiry window, all email addresses are now listed to be selected as recipients.
  • In the Supplier EFT window, all reverse payments are now shown and include the total calculation. Negatives are no longer shown in the total calculation.
  • In the AMWIN History screen, an additional URL button has been created to open the Vehicle URL. This URL button functions similarly to the Job Invoice screen's URL button - where the Job Number Folder is defaulted to open if this folder exists; if it does not exist, then the URL redirects to open the Job Item Folder.
  • When emailing from the Customer Orders screen, the email subject line has been amended to display the Company Name instead of previously displaying the multilocation's location name.
  • When searching for an Option in the Control Option window using the Description search field, users no longer have to press the Refresh button to start a new search. Instead, users can press the Desc button to process a new search. Additionally, the window has been enabled to be vertically resized for users to make use of as a larger screen.
  • From the Employee Productivity report, the Send To button has been amended to now work by activating the send to procedure.
  • From the Stock Masterfile, the Cost Date field is updated whenever the Cost Price is changed; similarly, the Sell Date is updated when the Sell Price is changed.
  • In the Stock Masterfile, the "Date Checked" field has been renamed to "Cost Date" and displays the last time the Cost Price was changed. Similarly, 'Sell Date" has been added to the Stock Masterfile.

  • The postcode field in the System and Company Details window previously displayed 3 characters and was defaulted to contain a max of 10 characters in the field. Now, all 4 characters are displayed in the Postcode field correctly.
  • In the Sales module, Catalog items are now able to be inserted without being automatically marked as active.
  • From the Customer Masterfile, users can now remove a Salesperson as the Save button has been amended to successfully save the change to the Customer Masterfile.
  • In a Purchase/Credit order, an option to select interest has been added to allow users to add interest when allocating expenses to assets.
  • The F5 button has been reallocated to the Expense F5 button, where it was previously connected to the Freight Button. Now, the Freight Ledger will no longer be defaulted and will instead default to the Ledger set on the Supplier.
  • In the Time Manager module, the Suspended Labour Ledgers are no longer displayed or available to be selected from the drop-down list when employees clock off a job.
  • When creating a Purchase Order, if the "Zero the Delivery Qty" Supplier option is enabled, the back-order quantity has been amended to populate the order.
  • The Kit Library Save button function has been amended to successfully save and keep the window open.
  • In the Customer Masterfile, when the location is set to a customer, users are still able to see that customer when logged into that location.

  • Purchase Orders have been amended to print in the order it is displayed as on the screen. The part numbers on the print preview are defaulted to be displayed in the same order as they are entered as, not alphabetically or in any other order.
  • Created Date has been added into the Job Invoicing screen as a new column to display when a Job has been created.
  • In the Comment Library, the Save button is enabled to allow users to save after deleting a comment line. This successfully saves the deletion and change to the Comment Library.
  • When navigating to the Invoice Register Summary report from the Reports Centre, the Invoice Register Reports Option window no longer opens twice and has been fixed to only open one window.
  • When a salesperson filter is selected in the Invoice Register window, the relevant credits are displayed against the correct salesperson, rather than appearing based on the operator.

  • In Time Manager, users can now use barcode scanners to scan a user definable label in the TimeSheet Entry screen. Additionally, users can now manually type the user defined description again.
  • When selecting an employee name from the TimeSheet Entry screen, the Enter key is enabled to select the highlighted name in the Select Employee list, rather than automatically selecting the first employee name in the list.
  • In the Asset Sales module, Finance report Format #3 now displays the Estimated Cost and Total values when using this format.
  • From the Asset Sales module, report Format #3 updates the report for all ticked items.
  • In the Asset Sales module, a tick box has been created for Accessories to be selected and included in the list. Additionally, when a Quote is converted to a Sale - if ticked, the accessories are kept while any others that were initially unticked are removed.
  • In the Asset Sales module, when a package is selected, all accessories included are up to date with their relevant pricings.
  • In the Asset Sales module, an option for costs to be added to accessories has been created so that users can manually enter in a cost price for accessories.
  • In the Asset Sales module, users can now sort the grid lines with ctrl Up and Down arrow keys, which allows the user to arrange the lines to their preference.

  • Superseded Stock - A new stock item is used if zero is available, instead of defaulting to a zero qty on hand.
  • The trial balance total line is no longer added twice, once the Ledger has a nil balance.
  • In the Debtor Aged Analysis Enquiry screen, the Grand Totals section has been aligned with the Balance, Unalloc, Current, 30 days, 60 days, 90+ days and 120+ days columns.
  • In the Allocated Stock Valuation report, the reserved stock has been amended to show only the reserved stock for the selected location, similar to the On Hand Qty showing correctly based on the selected location.

  • In the Sales Module, the Sales Order delivery address and Item Register have been changed to stop automatically updating when there is a blank customer code in BD04.
  • In the Prospect File, an Internal Customer is now blocked from being selected as it was previously changed the status of Internal Customer to Active.
  • Barcode Label 100 x 150 has a larger job number, going from 12 to 120 characters.
  • Suspended Ledgers are no longer able to be selected as payment methods from the Spend Money window, where previously they were able to be selected by users.
  • Letterhead remittance filename field changed to 20 characters
  • In the Manufactured Job Items screen, the totals were added to the bottom of the reports, with a breakdown between total parts, labour, revenue and total value.
  • Option added to Serialised Stock in AMWTools to enter customer invoice details by Customer, Invoice and Date.
  • A new dropdown option has been added into the AMWIN Employee Productivity Report to show finalised and work in progress jobs. This replaces the existing "Include WIP" tick box.
  • When selecting stock images, the image file path has been adjusted to default to open Multi Locations > Stock Images location to allow user access to stock images based on the location they are logged into.
  • The Stock Intelli-Search window has been amended to prevent a text field search of 1 character and now displays an error message to prompt users to enter more characters to enable their search.

  • Journal Banking date now presents in bank rec without having to manually reconcile from unpresented to presented.
  • Printed Purchase Order no longer includes parts that are for an order number higher than the selected purchase order, during printing.
  • Item Register - When processing a Purchase Order with a record highlighted, the updated information (e.g. purchase info, floorplan info, purchase price) is no longer lost, and is saved to the item in the item register.

  • Saving images now has correct path on a Sales Order. Currently, the images are displayed correctly and has the correct path saved for all images.

  • Daily sales report slowness has been fix since previously added code to calculate AUD based on exchange rate (when multi locations option is on) caused slowness.
