Updates for Version 2.8.2

  • When creating a new job from the Workshop module, the Location field will automatically be entered based on the user's location when logged into the device.
  • Several updates have been made to the Create New Job screen. The Employee field will automatically be filled with the Employee ID of who is logged into the device. The Description field is now a drop-down menu that allows users to select the same Job Description types from AM-Win. And additionally, the Job Notes field directly comes into the Job Card details in AM-Win
  • When adding parts to a job through the Workshop or Onsite modules, stock items can now have their stock image displayed against them. The stock image is also shown in the parts list when it has been added to a job. Additionally, when searching for a part in the Stock Image module, all stock items with an image saved against it from the Stock Masterfile will be displayed.
  • The On Hand qty for all parts is now shown against each stock item in all the Add Parts screens from the Workshop, Onsite and Job Check In modules.
  • The Stock Image module has been fixed to display the image saved to the related stock item and includes when the previous stock image has been updated to a new one in the Stock Masterfile.
  • The Create Job screen now has a Service Type field that is attached to the job. When the job is finally submitted to AM-Win, the selected service type will also be assigned in the Service Type field in AM-Win as well.
  • Checklists can now be sent in one file, along with the Job Report. When the related AMOnline option is turned on to enable this, the Job Report, Terms and Conditions Agreement and any Checklists used for the job will be attached altogether into one file, which can then be emailed as one attachment.
  • Adding multiple high-resolution photos to a job from both the Workshop and Onsite modules will no longer cause the app to freeze. Additionally, the Job Report will not crash when attaching the same images to the report file.
  • The previous bug where various user TimeLog labour entries were duplicating upon being submitted from the TimeLog module has now been fixed to only submit as singular user TimeLog entries.
  • The Sales Order module has been updated to now show the Price and On Hand qty against all stock items, which is directly from the Stock Masterfile.

  • When submitting a job to AM-Win from the Workshop module, if the option to submit missing KM Reading is turned on from AMOnline, then users will be prompted to enter the KM Reading against the job before it can be submitted to AM-Win.
  • Users can now send the completed Checklists and Job Report in one file when a job is submitted from the Workshop module. This is enabled when the related AMOnline option is turned on.
  • In the Job Report template, when the correct meter reading parameter is utilised, the meter reading will be displayed on the job report. Additionally, if the meter reading is updated from within the iOS app, then that meter reading will also be updated to AM-Win and will be displayed on the Job Report.
  • Text added to a job can now be capitalised. This is enabled when the related AMOnline option is turned on.
  • When a job has been submitted and completed, the job record will be changed to green in the Workshop to indicate it has been submitted.
  • Any Job Kit that has no parts added but has labour, revenue or text lines included in it is now able to be submitted to AM-Win. Once the job that has this Job Kit is submitted to AM-Win, the Job Kit's labour, text and revenue lines will be shown in AM-Win accordingly.

  • Users can now update a stock item's 2nd Bin Location via the Stocktake module, which is available via the Single Stocktake option and Online Stocktake option. When a stock item's 2nd Bin Location is entered and then submitted, the AM-Win Stock Masterfile will be automatically updated to display the qty that has just been added.
  • When completing a Batch Stocktake via Single, Online and Offline, the previous error prompting users to re-update the bin location when only updating the Counted qty has now been fixed. Users can update the Counted qty for any part in a Stocktake batch without being prompted to update the part's bin location.
  • Users are now able to attach a checklist onto a job on the fly. Attach Checklists to Job is a new option that has been added into the Checklist Before Job and Checklist After Job buttons inside the Workshop and Onsite modules. Attaching a checklist will show all checklists available to be attached, and users are also able to add and remove any checklists that was entered through the Attach Checklists to Job option.

  • Users can scan items with a Bluetooth scanner to complete a Stocktake batch without needing to exit the scanning screen. The scanning function has been updated to enable the device to scan multiple stock items for a faster stocktaking process.
  • In the Start New Job pop up option, selecting the No option will save the new job and redirect the user to the main Workshop screen instead of directly to the job.
  • If the AMOnline option Show Estimates Jobs in the Job List is set as Not Show, the previous bug that stopped all other jobs from working as been amended, allowing all other jobs to be still accessible from the Workshop module and can be completed.
  • The Job Report template can now display only text added to the job when the {job_text_detail} parameter is used.
  • Instead of displaying a maximum number of Rego Numbers against a customer, the Rego list has been updated to show all Regos for that customer.
  • When the Do Not show Pause button is set to Hide in the AMOnline options, a new pop-up prompt will appear if a user selects Start on another job while there are already other jobs started or in progress. The new prompt will ask the user to submit all other jobs before starting the next one.
  • If the Do Not show Pause button is set to Hide from the AMOnline options, if users changing their status to Go Home from the Workshop module, another pop-up prompt will appear to ask the user if all Started jobs need to be Submitted. If selecting Yes, any jobs currently marked as Started will be Submitted. If selecting No, the user status won't be changed to Go Home and any jobs currently marked as Started will remain as Started.
  • All OnSite module tasks now use the task location set in the app and not directly from the Customer Masterfile.
  • Pricing information, including Labour Rates and Stock, will now only come from the Customer that is set as the Bill To.

  • When searching for a part, the minimum number of characters required to engage the search function has been changed to 2 characters.
  • Recording a video using the app will use the device's optimal video quality settings.
  • Checklists completed in the Job Check In module can be viewed from the Workshop module, via the Checklist Before Job button. Inside the Checklist Before Job button, users can use the new View Job Arrival Checklists button to view the Job Arrival Checklist for that job.
  • Emailing Job Reports or Task Reports to customers via the Save and Email button is fixed to use the emails entered into the contacts field against that customer from their Customer Masterfile.

  • Invalid device Id bug when logging into the app has now been fixed.
  • The iOS Receive Goods In module is a new module to process and complete receiving parts in via Shipments. The Receive Goods In module can fetch Shipment data when a Shipment Id is provided, and then allows users to scan Pallets and stock, which will automatically update to AM-Win. Scanning can be completed using the iOS device's built in camera, or via an iOS compatible Bluetooth scanning device.

  • In the Job History module, users can see job history per Customer, Rego, or Fleet Number by clicking on View button to see all relevant history to the job. Additionally, when in a job via the Workshop module, the Job History button will show the related job history for that job.
  • The Job Report template can now include Technician notes when the {added_text_from_technician} parameter is used.
  • In the Job Create screen, prices will not be shown when adding parts to a new job if the option Hide Prices is turned on.
  • In both Workshop and Onsite modules, the Before Job Checklist and After Job Checklist buttons have been updated to display and attach the related checklists that are attached to them from AMOnline.

  • When a job is created from Workshop, the new pop-up option will allow users to start that job straight away if they select the Yes option.
  • In the Offline Stocktake module, the Counted qty has been amended to not increase the On Hand qty. Once that Offline Stocktake Batch is submitted and revised in AM-Win, the Counted qty will only be displayed in the Counted column, and the On Hand qty will remain the same. Additionally, the Adj By column will show the Counted qty, and the New Qty column will show the Counted and On Hand qty total combined.
  • When creating a new rego against a customer in the Workshop module, the Rego Number, Make and Model fields are required to be populated before the new rego can be saved. A prompt will pop up to alert uses to fill all required fields.

  • Technicians can now add a description to videos when they are attached to a job. Additionally, both Customer Code and Customer name are now automatically added.
  • An option to either create a purchase order and add the parts to the job or not was added under Purchase Orders into AMOnline, where this can be selected. When the option is selected to Not Add, the "Already Allocated" tick box remains unchecked within the Purchase Order.

  • Show All My Jobs changed to "Show All Jobs" and will now display all jobs regardless of the assigned technician
  • Job CheckIn: bug fixed so text lines added to job wont always appear at the bottom
  • All reports now have a "Name" field. Previously it was only available in JobCheckIn app
