Scheduler

The scheduler module in AM-Win allows you to schedule jobs and other tasks for your technicians. You are able to schedule multiple tasks for the same job over multiple days to the same or different technicians. So if you have a job that may be broken up into many sections such as repairs / service / tyres / brakes / suspension etc you can have a single job but use the scheduler to manage each section of that job. You may have different technicians work on different sections across multiple days.

The scheduler allows you to schedule for a day, a week or a month at a time. You can also duplicate tasks to multiple staff members. Book in a training session or staff meeting and invite multiple staff to that meeting. Schedule the bins to be taken out each week. Schedule your apprentice TAFE days and working hours. Schedule casual staff hours. Schedule staff holidays, public holidays and Christmas break periods.
