The Am-At-Work Office, Workshop and OnSite apps allow you remote access to jobs to record time, labour, parts, comments and other information onto jobs from the mobile device. You can also have the customer sign to accept your terms and conditions as well as taking photos relating to the job at the beginning, during and after the job is completed. Taking photos when the job arrives allows you to record the condition of the vehicle or job item when it enters your premises to record any pre-existing damaged to the vehicle. Taking pictures throughout the job and at the end of the job allows you to demonstrate to the customer the process and various stages undertaken to complete the job.
Within the application there are 2 significantly differently job management apps available. While both apps allows users to manage jobs, the Workshop app is designed to for workshops who manage jobs while at your premises and the OnSite app is designed to manage tasks linked to jobs through the AM-Win Scheduling Module for doing on site work or using the scheduler within your workshop locally.
The application provides access to AM-Win either remotely through the 4G network or from a WiFi connection allowing you access to jobs from almost anywhere as well as providing an offline features for the OnSite app.
Note: You will require a fixed IP address to use the application.
You will also need your iPhone or iPad to have (or be able to have) and iOS version of 13 or higher. Please see our Hardware and OS Requirements page to check if your device is compatible.
